Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DigiMaker, provided by DigiMaker. By creating an account or using DigiMaker, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The service
DigiMaker generates branded social media content from your business information and publishes it, on your instruction, to the social accounts you connect. Features available to you depend on your plan.
2. Accounts
- Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Your company’s Owner controls who on the team has access and who may publish.
- Tell us promptly at support@digimaker.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload and the content generated for you. You give us permission to store, process and adapt it, and to publish it to the accounts you choose, only as needed to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload (logos, images, music, product photos).
4. Review before you publish
Content is generated with the help of AI and can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, and for what is published on your accounts.
5. Connected platforms
When you publish through DigiMaker you must also follow the rules of each platform you publish to, including the Meta Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the LinkedIn User Agreement. By connecting YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms may change or limit their features, and we cannot guarantee that a platform will accept every post.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use DigiMaker to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful or spam, or to access accounts you are not authorised to manage.
7. Fees
Paid plans and wallet top-ups are charged as shown in your plan. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using DigiMaker at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk. After termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
DigiMaker is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of the platforms you publish to, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
